Below are some frequently asked questions about the project and donations.  If you see something that isn’t listed here, please feel free to contact one of us or email us at DucklingFanProject@gmail.com!

 

Where is my donation going?

All proceeds from the 2020 Duckling Fan Project will be donated to the Footprint Coalition or related investment at the end of the project.

What is needed to get my own merch?

The $35 donation must be made to receive your own item – you get to choose which item you receive!

Has Robert received the shirts from previous projects?

Yes, Robert and Susan have their own Team Downey shirts!  Mr Downey is aware of the project.  Please remember, though, this is a way to raise money for related charity projects, first and foremost!

Is shipping included in the donation amount?

Yes!

If Paypal isn’t accepted in my country, can I pay with card?

Yes!  There is an option on Paypal’s website to use your card instead of a Paypal account.

What if my country is not listed in the shipping section?  Can you still ship to me?

Unfortunately due to shipping costs and customs, we are unable to ship to certain countries straight from our printer.

How often are orders being placed?

We will personally ready each shirt once per day (usually night).  These usually take our printer 3-5 business days to process before shipping.

How long will shipping take?

Shipping in the United States is generally about 3-5 business days.  International shipping may take longer, usually about 7-10 business days.

Do you have a size chart we can follow?

Yes, it is added below!  Sizes may be a little off, please choose liberally.  (White shirts usually run just a tad bigger than the black!)
